What documents do I need to become a driver?
We require the following documents:

  • Drivers permit
  • Certificate of Character (Valid for one year)
  • Certified Copy
  • Photo of car
  • Valid Insurance

I uploaded all my documents but can’t go online.

What hours do I have to work?
As a TT RideShare driver, the choice is yours. We do not impose any working ours. You’re your own boss!
How old do I have to be to drive?
To be a driver on our platform you must be 21 years and older.
Can I have a friend in my car while working?
No. TT RideShare does not condone other personnel in your car apart from the rider and personnel of the rider. We take these reports very seriously and it can result in suspension or deactivation from our platform. Please see our Driver Guidelines outlined here.
Is there an age limit for my car?
We do not accept cars older than 10 years.

If your car is between 8-10 years old, it will require an inspection sticker. You can email us a picture of the inspection sticker/certificate at support@ttrideshare.com

Why did my document get rejected?
Driver documents can be rejected if your face is not properly visible, eg wearing sunglasses or a hat. Other documents can be rejected for illegibility/blurriness. If you are unsure why your document was rejected, please contact us via support@ttrideshare.com or connect with us via live chat through the driver app or on our website www.ttrideshare.com
I believe my fare is incorrect
Do not argue with the passenger about the fare. If you think your fare is incorrect, collect the fare displayed on the screen and contact us.
My Rider was rude
Feedback is valuable to our platform. We are constantly monitoring feedback on our riders in order to provide you with the best service. Feel free to rate your rider accordingly and/or contact us about a particular rider.
I found an item in my car. What am I supposed to do?
In the event a rider left something behind, take a picture upon discovery and contact us. We will help you connect with the rider so that the two of you can arrange a mutually convenient time and place for a return. In the next 48 hours, the rider may reach out to you directly to recover the lost item.

In the meantime, please keep the item safe.
